I’m Isha. A proud mother, wife, and the hands behind the pottery. In 2018, my husband, our two cats (and now three), and I made the leap to Canada. Creativity has always been a part of me since childhood, but my insecurities kept me from pursuing art professionally. Moving to Canada was my opportunity to shed those fears and embrace my true calling.
As a first-generation immigrant, I’ve always worked full-time, facing the challenges that come with building a new life. But after becoming a mother and witnessing the upheaval of the pandemic, I realized how fleeting life can be. I want my child to see me live my truth and pursue my dreams fearlessly.
At 33, after years of contemplation, I finally took the plunge and launched my pottery business. I’m deeply grateful for the unwavering support of my family and friends, whose encouragement has made this journey possible.
Each piece is handcrafted with care in my small backyard studio in Ontario, Canada. Creating pieces that bring warmth, softness, and soul into people’s homes is my second nature. My ceramics are made to be felt physically and emotionally offering little moments of quiet comfort in the everyday. These are vessels not just for food or flowers, but for feeling. I’ve always been drawn to creating things that hold space. My hope is that my work brings a sense of warmth and grounding to your everyday rituals, a quiet kind of magic you can hold in your hands.
